Meet Angelina

My name is Angelina, and I was born and raised in South Florida. My fitness journey began when I was just 14 years old, about to turn 15, during the start of COVID in 2020. Like many of us, I was stuck at home, feeling bored and restless. One day, I pulled out my yoga mat and started following ab workout videos. That quickly became my routine 30 minutes of nonstop ab exercises every day.

When school resumed and I entered my sophomore year, I began going to the gym right after classes. Before long, the gym became a part of me — a place I couldn’t imagine skipping. But at that time, I faced my own struggles. I was very skinny and underweight, weighing just 75 pounds, and I felt insecure in my body. I didn’t know anything about nutrition, protein, supplements, or how to structure my workouts properly.

So I did what many beginners do: I started researching. I watched countless TikTok videos, scrolled through YouTube, and slowly began to piece together the knowledge I needed. Over time, I learned how to fuel my body, train with intention, and build real strength.

Fast forward to 2025: I am stronger than I’ve ever been. I lift five times a week, I’m proud of my progress, and most importantly, I feel confident in myself. Fitness taught me discipline, resilience, and self-love — lessons that go far beyond the gym.

And that’s why I created LEVEL HER. This program is my way of helping women who are just starting out, or who may feel the same insecurities I once felt. I want to guide you, support you, and show you that you can feel strong, confident, and empowered in your own skin.
